Rothy's adds store-finder CTA to limited-edition Ivy ads
Two new Rothy's ads first appeared in Meta's Ad Library on Oct 5, 2026. One reads "Just dropped: A limited-edition Ivy sneaker in our famous blue—and it's going fast." The other is a 9-second video: "Limited-edition, maximum impact. In one of our very favorite colors." Both use the CTA label 'FIND A STORE' with a 'Shop Now' button, and the second is tagged "Launched September 2026". Every other Rothy's ad I saw in the window uses a 'SHOP ...' CTA, so this is a shift toward a store-traffic CTA with urgency copy ("going fast"). Neither shows a price or discount.
The bigger wave started Oct 1: dozens of Rothy's ads for the new Point ('NEW! SHOP THE POINT', "10 years of the iconic point"), the Après Clog ("Luxe ReVelvet and a vegan-fur lining" — a brand claim), Cruiser Mary Janes, Daily Drivers and Penny Clogs. Oct 2 added 'SHOP THE ALMOND TREND'; Oct 5 added 'SHOP THE NEW ALMOND MARY JANE'. Rothy's also runs paid partnerships with publishers (The Cut, Air Mail) from Sep 11 to Oct 3. On rothys.com, ReVelvet styles show regular prices (Penny Clog $160, Point III $165) with no sale price, a 'FREE SHIPPING & EASY RETURNS' banner and a 'Final Few' nav link. Its page title carries the brand claim "Made with Recycled Materials".
Caution: separate Meta ads from an advertiser called Name Brand Bazaar (first seen Sep 30 and Oct 5) say "SEMI-ANNUAL SALE: Rothy's – EVERY ITEM JUST $8!" and repeat the recycled-bottle claim. This is a third-party advertiser, not Rothy's. I did not open its landing page, so the offer is unverified. Meta shows these as active only; removals can't be confirmed outside the EU, and the US view was used. One ad carries an 'EU transparency' tag; I did not confirm UK or EU targeting for the Ivy ads.
For your ads: expect Rothy's to push full-price newness and retail traffic rather than discounts this fall, and watch for lookalike $8 'Rothy's sale' ads hijacking brand search.
