Acme Projects Help Center Gap Audit: Blocked, No Gap Table Can Be Produced

Scope used: audit of help.acme.com for "Acme Projects, project management software for agencies", mining community.acme.com, r/projectmanagement, G2 and app store reviews, compared with Asana, monday.com and ClickUp help centers. I could not run this audit, and I did not invent a gap table.

Why the audit could not run

Inference: "acme" in the inputs looks like a placeholder domain and product name. This is my reading, not something a source states.

Table of gaps

Gap (topic) Type Evidence Existing article URL if any Competitor coverage Priority Draft outline
None confirmed n/a No customer questions or help articles could be retrieved None Not compared n/a n/a

I did not compare support.asana.com, help.monday.com or support.clickup.com. A competitor comparison with nothing to compare against would only produce generic topic lists, which would not be evidence of a gap.
